This
Software License Agreement (Agreement) is a legal agreement between
you (User or You) and
ATS OrganiZer
(Developer, We, Us) for the use of the
ATS OrganiZer
software application (Software).
By
installing, copying, downloading, accessing, or using the Software,
you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not
agree, do not install or use the Software.
1. GRANT
OF LICENSE
ATS
OrganiZer grants you a
non-exclusive,
non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the
Software on one (1) computer for personal or business use, subject
to the terms of this Agreement.
2.
LICENSE TYPE
The
Software is licensed, not sold.
Unless
otherwise stated, this license is:
A
one-time license
Valid
for
one user
Intended for use on
one primary device
Additional licenses may be required for multiple users or devices.
3.
RESTRICTIONS
You may
NOT:
Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software
Rent,
lease, sublicense, or sell the Software or license key
Distribute copies of the Software without written permission
Use
the Software for illegal or unlawful purposes
Remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices
4.
OWNERSHIP
The
Software, including all source code, images, designs, trademarks,
and documentation, is the
intellectual property of
ATS OrganiZer and is protected by copyright and
international laws.
This
Agreement does not grant you ownership of the Software.
5.
UPDATES AND UPGRADES
ATS
OrganiZer may provide updates, bug fixes, or improvements at its
discretion.
Updates
may be:
Free
Paid
Limited to licensed versions
The
Developer is not obligated to provide updates or future versions.
6. DATA
AND USER CONTENT
The
Software stores data locally on your device unless otherwise stated.
You are
solely responsible for:
Backing up your data
Protecting your files
Ensuring data accuracy
ATS
OrganiZer is
not responsible
for data loss caused by hardware failure, software misuse, or
third-party interference.
7. NO
WARRANTY
The
Software is provided
- AS IS -,
without warranty of any kind.
ATS
OrganiZer disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Non-infringement
The
Developer does not guarantee that the Software will be error-free or
uninterrupted.
8.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the
maximum extent permitted by law, ATS OrganiZer shall not be liable
for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the
Software, including but not limited to:
Loss
of data
Loss
of profits
Business interruption
Indirect or consequential damages
9.
TERMINATION
This
Agreement is effective until terminated.
The
license will terminate automatically if you:
Violate any terms of this Agreement
Use
the Software unlawfully
Upon
termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all
copies.
10.
REFUNDS
Refunds
are subject to the refund policy displayed on the ATS OrganiZer
website or sales platform at the time of purchase.
11.
GOVERNING LAW
This
Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with
the laws of
Serbia, without
regard to conflict of law principles.

OrganiZer regarding the Software and supersedes all prior agreements
