We want our customers to be satisfied with ATS OrganiZer. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.


Eligibility for Refunds

ATS OrganiZer is a downloadable digital software product. Because of the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled under the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase

  • Refunds are provided only if the software does not function as described or cannot be installed or used on a supported Windows system

  • Refunds are not provided for:

    • Change of mind after successful installation

    • Incompatibility caused by unsupported systems or third-party software

    • Failure to read the product description or system requirements

    • Requests made after the 7-day period

Approved refunds result in automatic deactivation of the associated ATS OrganiZer license.


Trial Version

A trial version of ATS OrganiZer is available prior to purchase. Customers are encouraged to test the software before buying to ensure it meets their needs.

  • Your order reference or receipt

  • A brief description of the issue

All refund requests are reviewed individually.


Payment Processing

Payments and refunds are processed by our authorized payment providers (PayPro or Paddle). Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
